  1. How can I place my order?

Once you are ready to place your order, simply give us a call at 847-391-8556 and tell us what you need. Your time is valuable so our apparel experts will efficiently get all the information needed to complete your order.

  1. What happens when I place my order?

After your order is placed, we get to work right away. We guarantee that you will receive your order by the agreed upon delivery date.

  1. Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you can expect an email confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order.

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

We work to fill your order as quickly as possible. It usually takes about 1 week to receive your screened apparel and 1 ½ weeks to receive embroidered items. If you need to receive your order faster than those times, call us and we will see what we can do.

  1. Can you help me create a t-shirt design or logo?

Yes, we have artists on staff that can help you create a design or logo. We can also help you alter an existing design or logo to optimize it for printing or to reduce the cost to print it.

  1. Can you offer recommendations about choosing products or creating personalized shirts or other apparel?

Yes, our knowledgable technicians can offer advice about product and brand choices, order quantities, designs and logos, and even special requests. With over a decade of experience, GSH is Chicago’s apparel expert. Call us or stop by for answers to all your questions.

  1. Is there a minimum order?

We have a minimum order size of 30. If you need to order custom hats or apparel in quantities below 30, an additional Small Order fee will be assessed. Larger orders will be priced at lower rates.

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?

After you place your order, you will have 30 minutes to cancel or change your order by phone. After that time, no changes can be made.
